1. Agreement and authority
By using the demo or requesting a pilot, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18, authorized to act for the named business, and permitted to use any photos or information you submit.
2. Public demo
The public demo is provided without charge to show how job photos can be organized into a first-pass operational summary. It is not a quote, contract, appraisal, disposal plan, safety determination, hazardous-material assessment, or promise that all items have been identified.
3. Human review is required
You are responsible for verifying visible and hidden items, access conditions, weight, volume, labor needs, parking, property rules, prohibited or regulated materials, disposal requirements, scheduling, and price before communicating with a customer or starting work. Do not use the output as the sole basis for safety-critical or legal decisions.
4. Free founding pilot
If GetItDunzz accepts your business into the founding pilot, the standard pilot lasts up to 30 days and has no card, contract, or GetItDunzz fee. We may configure questions and output around your workflow, provide direct support, and measure operational signals such as time to review, completeness, follow-up questions, and whether a lead became quote-ready.
A pilot does not guarantee future service, exclusive territory, leads, booked jobs, revenue, cost savings, or a particular outcome. Any paid continuation, custom integration, or expanded service requires a separate written scope and approval.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content; explicit sexual content; images of children; government IDs; medical records; payment-card information; passwords; faces or private information unrelated to the job; images you lack permission to use; or material intended to deceive, harass, exploit, or violate another person's rights. Do not bypass usage limits or security controls.
6. Availability and changes
The demo is experimental and may be limited, changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. Third-party AI and hosting services are governed by their own terms and availability. We may refuse or end access for misuse, safety concerns, or operational reasons.
7. Ownership and feedback
You retain rights in materials you submit. GetItDunzz retains rights in its software, prompts, workflows, interface, and reusable components. You grant us permission to process submitted material only as needed to provide the demo or approved pilot. We will not publicly identify your business as a customer or publish submitted photos without permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The demo and pilot are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. To the extent permitted by law, GetItDunzz disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from reliance on the output. These limits do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
