1. Agreement and authority
By requesting services, approving a preview, or purchasing an approved project, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the named business.
2. Free private review and concept
The initial Quote-Path Review and layout direction are provided privately at no charge and without an obligation to purchase. The concept evaluates the public path into your current phone, text, form, or booking tool; it is not a completed setup and may use temporary copy or placeholder assets. If you decline the direction, you owe nothing and no paid work begins.
3. The $299 Quote-Ready Setup
After you approve the private concept, GetItDunzz will send a private Stripe payment link. Unless a written project summary says otherwise, the $299 setup includes:
- One mobile-friendly public estimate path, normally delivered as a focused single page or a targeted improvement to an approved existing page.
- Copy assembly using information you provide.
- Service, service-area, trust, photo-guidance, and estimate-action sections as applicable.
- Connection to one approved phone, text, general estimate form, or existing booking tool.
- Privacy-safe measurement for supported page views, clicks, and form actions.
- Basic search metadata, a response template, domain or page connection, and launch handoff.
- One reasonable revision round submitted as one consolidated list.
The setup does not replace a CRM or field-service platform. Domain registration, hosting, paid messaging, paid plugins, booking software, premium assets, advertising, extra pages, custom applications, ongoing maintenance, and other third-party costs are not included unless approved in writing. There is no recurring GetItDunzz subscription in the standard package.
4. Delivery timing
The 48-hour target begins only after payment, final business details, usable content and photos, and any required access have been received. The target is a good-faith delivery goal, not a guarantee. Client delays, third-party outages, expanded scope, or access problems may extend the schedule.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and materials you have the right to use. You are also responsible for reviewing spelling, pricing, claims, licenses, policies, and regulatory disclosures before launch. GetItDunzz may refuse unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe content.
6. Approval, changes, and launch
Approval may be provided by email or another written channel. Work outside the agreed package requires a separate written price and approval. GetItDunzz will not publish changes to your domain, website, or Google Business Profile without your authorization.
7. Cancellations and refunds
No payment is collected for the free review and concept. If you pay and cancel before implementation work begins, you may request a full refund. After implementation begins, any refund may be reduced by the reasonable value of work already completed. If GetItDunzz cannot deliver the agreed Quote-Ready Setup, the amount paid for the undelivered work will be refunded. Approved third-party purchases and domain fees are generally nonrefundable once incurred.
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@getitdunzz.com and are reviewed against the written scope and work completed.
8. Ownership
You retain ownership of materials you provide. After full payment, you own the final client-specific content and delivered setup files, except for third-party materials and reusable tools, frameworks, methods, or components that GetItDunzz owned or developed independently. GetItDunzz may not publicly identify the project as portfolio work without permission.
9. Third-party services and results
Domains, hosting, Stripe, Google, email, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. GetItDunzz does not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, platform approval, uninterrupted uptime, or a particular business result.
10. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, GetItDunzz is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Total liability relating to a paid project will not exceed the amount paid for that project. These terms are governed by New York law, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
