1. Information we collect
When you request a preview, we may collect your business name, website or Google Business Profile link, services, service area, email address, optional telephone number, and any details you choose to provide.
If you become a client, we may also receive brand materials, photos, copy, domain or website access you authorize, project approvals, payment status, and support communications. Stripe processes payment-card information; GetItDunzz does not receive your complete card number.
2. How we use information
- Review whether the project is a reasonable fit.
- Create and email the private homepage preview you requested.
- Prepare proposals, complete approved work, and provide support.
- Protect the service from spam, fraud, and misuse.
- Maintain business, payment, tax, and legal records where required.
3. Service providers
We use service providers to operate the business, including Google Forms and Google Sheets for request intake and tracking, Stripe for payments, email providers for communications, and website hosting and domain providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or harm, or protect legal rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, to maintain project records, or to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
5. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@getitdunzz.com. We may retain limited records when legally required or reasonably necessary to document a transaction or opt-out.
6. Cookies and analytics
The current GetItDunzz website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising. Basic hosting logs may record technical details such as an IP address, browser type, and request time for security and reliability.
7. Children and policy changes
The service is intended for business owners and authorized business representatives, not children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
