1. Demo photos and job context
When you use the photo-estimate demo, your browser sends the selected images, access selection, timing selection, and optional notes to GetItDunzz for processing. The public demo does not require a customer name, street address, phone number, or email address.
GetItDunzz does not write demo photos or generated scope summaries to its own database. The result remains in your browser for the active page session unless you copy it elsewhere.
2. AI processing
We use OpenAI's API to analyze submitted photos and produce a structured operational summary. OpenAI processes the submitted images and context under its applicable business terms, privacy commitments, and data controls. Service providers may retain limited data where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or service operation.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it to identify hazardous or regulated materials, determine safe handling, set a final price, or replace an onsite inspection.
3. Pilot applications
When you request a pilot, we may collect business name, website or public profile, service area, business email, optional telephone number, your description of the current photo-estimate workflow, and any other information you choose to provide. Google Forms and Google Sheets currently process and store pilot applications.
We use application information to evaluate fit, communicate with the business, configure an approved pilot, measure results, provide support, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Site measurement
GetItDunzz uses cookie-free first-party events to understand page views, demo starts and completions, copy actions, and pilot-form activity. We may record the page path, referring website, campaign tags, and a random per-tab session identifier stored only in session storage. Analytics events do not contain uploaded photos, job notes, AI output, email addresses, phone numbers, or form-field contents.
We honor enabled browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement. Basic hosting logs may still include technical request information for reliability and security.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and minimize the data requested, but no online service can promise absolute security. Pilot application and business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the pilot, support, business records, or legal requirements.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, withdraw a pilot request, or stop contacting you by emailing hello@getitdunzz.com. We may retain limited records when legally required or necessary to document a request or opt-out.
7. Children, changes, and contact
The service is intended for business owners and authorized representatives, not children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
